Sierascissorhands

Sierascissorhands has a NO REFUND policy. A deposit is required upon booking any service, this will be deducted from your service total. A card on file is required upon booking an appointment. Payments accepted are card or cash. Please do not show up more than 5 minutes early to your appointment time. You MUST give a 24 hour cancellation or reschedule notice. Failure to notify will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. Deposits are refundable if you notify within 48 hrs prior to your scheduled service. MISSED APPOINTMENTS, FAILURE TO CANCEL APPOINTMENT, AND NO SHOWS WILL REQUIRE TO PAY 50% OF THE SERVICES SCHEDULED. IF YOU ARRIVE 15 MINUTES LATE WE MAY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE IF IT CAN NOT BE COMPLETED IN REMAINING TIMEFRAME . IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU WITHIN 15 MINUTES OR MORE YOUR SERVICE WILL BE CONSIDERED “NO SHOW” AND WILL BE TREATED AS A MISSED APPOINTMENT. Clients who make a charge back with the bank will NOT be accepted to schedule any further appointments. Sierascissorhands will dispute the charge back with the acknowledgment form signed upon booking. By booking with Sierascissorhands you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Sierascissorhands no refund policy terms and conditions.
